The Floating Blind Mate Connector (Floating Mate series) stands out as an excellent choice for high-reliability connection scenarios, thanks to its multiple advantages: Its Radsok-technology contacts can handle up to 120A of current, while the finger-proof design enhances electrical safety. The optional floating mounting structure and integrated guide pins effectively reduce fatigue stress on the connector during blind mating and prevent misalignment, making it suitable for complex assembly scenarios.
In addition, this connector supports flexible removal of power and signal pins, and features First-Mate Last-Mate (FMLM) capability—during blind mating, it connects the ground and power circuits first before engaging the signal circuits, greatly improving system stability. Its wide operating temperature range of -40 to 125°C, 100 mating cycles, UL/TUV/CE certifications, and V0 flammability rating further cover the stringent requirements of industries, equipment, and other fields.
