ESG Committee Structure
SUNKEAN has established an ESG Committee composed of senior and middle-level management representatives from key functional departments including operations, quality, R&D, human resources, and corporate administration. Chaired by the General Manager, the committee oversees ESG governance coordination and supports the integration of sustainability priorities into the company’s overall strategic planning and daily operations.
Roles & Responsibilities of the ESG Committee
The ESG Committee is responsible for developing and implementing ESG strategies, monitoring progress toward sustainability targets, identifying and managing ESG-related risks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies, and reviewing ESG disclosures and reporting to support transparent and effective governance.

Conflict Minerals Management
SUNKEAN implements responsible sourcing practices for conflict minerals such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold to ensure they do not directly or indirectly support armed conflicts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or surrounding regions, maintaining transparency and compliance across the supply chain.
Raw Material Recycling
SUNKEAN promotes circular material utilization by collecting and recycling plastic scrap generated during injection molding processes through supplier regeneration programs, achieving a recycling utilization rate of over 90% and improving overall resource efficiency.

Low-Carbon Development Strategy
Under the global trend of climate action and low-carbon transition, SUNKEAN actively supports the goals of the Paris Agreement and China’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets. Guided by the principles of low-carbon development, circular economy, and environmentally responsible manufacturing, the company advances environmental protection initiatives and carbon emissions management while continuously improving production processes, resource efficiency, material recycling, and packaging optimization. SUNKEAN also works closely with partners across the value chain to promote sustainable practices and contribute to the long-term development of a greener industry and global low-carbon future.
To strengthen environmental protection practices, SUNKEAN has established a comprehensive environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 standards and obtained certification for its Changjiang South Road facility. The company strictly complies with national environmental regulations and approved environmental impact assessment requirements, ensuring systematic and standardized environmental governance across its operations.
To support effective implementation, SUNKEAN has established a dedicated environmental management structure led by the General Manager and developed internal management frameworks covering energy management, water resources, chemical control, air emissions, wastewater treatment, solid waste handling, and noise management, supported by training programs, regular inspections, and emergency response mechanisms. During the reporting period, all environmental facilities operated normally, emissions met regulatory standards, and no environmental violations occurred, demonstrating continuous improvement in environmental management performance.
