As one of the key photovoltaic markets along the “The Belt and Road” strategy, the Middle East has abundant solar energy resources, which in turn brings a large demand for photovoltaic modules, cables and other products. The 19/33(36)kV three-core medium voltage photovoltaic (MV PV) cables exhibited at the SUNKEAN booth are cable models suitable for large-scale solar power generation systems (especially utility-scale solar power plants) in the Middle East. These cables transmit power from solar panels to inverters and finally to the grid or energy storage system to ensure the stable operation of the project. Compared with SUNKEAN' s conventional low-voltage cables, MV medium-voltage cables are very sophisticated in design concept, ensuring that the cables have voltage capacity that can handle medium-voltage current, thereby reducing long-distance power losses and saving installation and maintenance costs. When faced with harsh environmental conditions, they can also resist problems including ultraviolet radiation, extreme temperatures and mechanical stress.
