Fuses are designed to protect electrical devices from overcurrent. When the current exceeds that for which they are rated, fuses will melt, thereby breaking the circuit.  Technically speaking, all fuses are installed in the path of a circuit. Fuses work by allowing a maximum amount of current – as measured in amperage – to travel through them. Excess current will break the fuse. As a result, electrical devices on the circuit will be protected from damage.

SUNKEAN in-line fuse is designed with an IP68 sealed molding enclosure. Cable cross-section 12~8 AWG / 3.5~10 mm². Other fuse ratings and configurations (1-60A) are available upon request (for example with a single connector, or no connectors). It can operate at the temperature of -40～60℃.
